Thursday August 18, 2011 – Walter Brown Arena

The Kings offense kicked into gear last night, getting us back in the W column with a 8-3 victory over the River Rats. After a sluggish first period where the Rats controlled play it looked like more of the same from the past few games, but the Kings managed to break through with some nice passing and shooting. Jeff had two goals and assisted on one more and the Jo(h)ns tallied 3 or 4 in the win. Richie was solid in net, stopping a few point blank chances to secure the lead.

Next game is tonight at 8pm in Dedham vs. the Misfits. Right now we have 8 or 9; my old buddy Dan will be filling in as well.
