Early game in Canton saw the Kings defeat Barrett’s Ale again 7-4 (if I remember correctly). Game played out just like most of the previous games against Barrett’s. Kings jump out to the early lead in the first, Barrett’s battles back to make it close, but Kings pull away in the third period. J-Rod was scoring early (on the PP with a tip on the point shot from Fran) and often (4 total goals). For the 10 Kings in attendance, it was another decent win. Barrett’s offense came mostly by way of odd man rushes and the Kings dominated the faceoff circle all night. Hope everyone has a happy and safe independence day.
