Kings salvage tie vs. Gophers

Sunday May 16, 2010 – Quincy Youth Arena

After taking an early 2-0 lead, the Kings allowed 4 unanswered goals by the Gophers before scoring twice with less than three minutes in the game to earn a tie against the Gophers. The Kings had a solid first half of the game before the Gophers began to turn the tide, and put four past Ed before the Kings could right the ship. In front of the home crowd John tallied a hat trick, including the two late goals, one with Ed off the ice for the extra attacker, to lead the way.

Hi Guys, sorry for missing Paul’s bday and I’m not going to be able to make the game tonight. Turns out I am on antibiotics and battling bronchitis and pneumonia. Starting to feel better. See you next week.
