Another stellar effort by Ed was wasted, as a puck caromed in off a defender during a Pirates power play for the GWG for the Pirates, who shut out the Kings 2-0 Tuesday night. The Kings’ best showing was on the penalty sheet, with 8 penalties in total. The Pirates added an ENG at the end for the final score of 2-0. Some controversy erupted at the end of the game when the Pirates’ #6 took a low shot at Burger, who had his second fight in as many games.
