Tuesday July 14, 2009 – Quincy Youth Arena
The Kings beat a tough Terriers team at QYH thanks to some good offense from Paul, John and Josh. Despite coming in with an 0-8 record the Terriers were a tougher squad than appeared and despite having only one sub on the bench, managed to hold the Kings to a 2-1 lead after one period of play. The Terriers goalie made a couple of solid saves but the Kings eventually broke through, extending a 5-2 lead into 8-3 before the Terriers notched one more late in the third.

My car is in the shop and it is not looking like I’ll be able to get it back by Wednesday. Unfortunately I will likely be unable to attend the game unless anyone can pick me up in Holbrook.
