Ice time, schedules and Bostonfest
What’s up Kings,
The schedule through the end of February is posted on the schedule link at right. We have 4 more games on the bill, including this Sunday’s tilt, which will take us to 22 games by the end of February out of an assumed 24 game schedule. Laubenstein says playoffs start the week of March 20th, barring any more snow cancellations, so obviously there are some gaps in the schedule. We have a long layoff after this Sunday’s game, going almost 10 days until our following game on the 5th, and we also have another week off after that. Since we’ve had decent turnouts at the practice times, I booked more ice time at Ulin rink. Put these dates in your calendar:
Any of you that use iCal, Microsoft exchange server or anything like that, you can keep your Kings schedule up to date by subscribing to the web feed, which is available here.
Also everyone should take a look at my previous Bostonfest post (here) and make sure I have you down if you’re planning to play in the Bostonfest tournament March 13th-15th. We have 8 skaters so far (funny – the same guys who were drinking in the parking lot last night). If you going to skate, get me a deposit of $50 so I have you down on the roster. Speak now because we’re going to get the Young Guns to fill in the rest of the bench, and I’m capping the squad at 13-14 skaters.
